Our corporate e-bike rental service offers an eco-friendly, cost-effective transportation solution for your employees. By providing corporate e-bikes as a company benefit, you not only promote a healthier lifestyle but also reduce your carbon footprint and enhance employee satisfaction.

The process is simple and fully managed, with maintenance and insurance as an option, allowing employees to enjoy worry-free commuting while saving on transportation costs.

Company provided e-bike is the modern and environmentally friendly version of the company car. E-bikes are easily and above all inexpensively obtained through the employer.
With this service, you select your desired e-bike from SIXT in advance and then pay a monthly instalment, which is settled in accordance with the agreement between the company and SIXT.
Usually you choose between:
- providing an e-bike to your employee as an added value or benefit from the employer
- offering employee a corporate e-bike via gross salary conversion / reduction
Employees use the bike 24/7 – not only for commute to work, but also in free time.
After the agreed term (12, 24 or 36 months), the rental contract for each company bike ends automatically. You can then buy the bike at the second-hand purchase price or simply return it – and start off with a new company bike if you wish.
How do I get my team on a company bike?
1. sign an agreement on long term e-bike rental for employees
2. your employees are free to choose their e-bike
3. after your approval SIXT delivers the e-bike to user or they pick them up
